Learn the latest recommendations from CDC's Advisory Committee on Immunization Practices
NACDS is pleased to join in partnership with the National Foundation for Infectious Diseases (NFID) for a webinar series to outline the latest Advisory Committee on Immunization Practices (ACIP) recommendations for adult, childhood and teen immunizations. The ACIP meetings take place three times a year to review scientific data and vote on vaccine recommendations for CDC.

This course provides pharmacists, among other healthcare providers, with knowledge surrounding the latest recommendations from CDC's Advisory Committee on Immunization Practices (ACIP) in order to help them deliver more impactful messages to patients.
At the completion of this activity, the participant will be able to:
Describe current ACIP recommendations for adult and childhood/adolescent immunization
Explain the impact of recent changes to vaccine recommendations on vaccination programs
Discuss information on new and/or future vaccines for potential use in practice

One contact hour, or 0.1 CEUs of Continuing pharmacy education (CPE) credit will be awarded for the July 18 webinar.
